I have had many client requests for copies of the "5BX" and "XBX" Fitness Plans - 1960...

The Canadian Air Force designed the Five Basic Exercises (5BX) Plan for men to show how to develop and maintain a high level of physical fitness, regardless of where an individual may be located.

The plan is not dependent upon elaborate facilities or equipment, and the exercises only require eleven minutes.

5BX is ideal for anyone wanting to get fit, look, feel, and stay fit.

For women, there is the XBX Plan.
