- Grapefruit and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Drink:
- Use a juicer to make fresh grapefruit juice (or use the squeezing method).
- Combine 1 part organic apple cider vinegar with 4 parts grapefruit juice.
- Stir well and taste.
- Add honey if desired.
- Serve it as is, or over ice.
- This mix is a powerful immune booster
- Weight Loss and Fat-Burning Grapefruit Juice:
- Squeeze the juice of 1 grapefruit (+/- 250 ml or 1 cup) and 1 lime.
- Strain the pulp if needed.
- Transfer the juice to a glass and stir in orange juice, organic apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup.
- Add ice.
- Mint and extra lime slices can be added for extra flavour.
- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and Grapefruit Juice with Honey:
- In a large jar, mix 350 ml (12 fl oz) grapefruit juice, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 cup spring water (not tap water), and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.
- Stir well.
- Serves 4 - garnish with spearmint leaves.
- Serve fresh and feel the invigoration.

Grapefruit isn’t suitable for everyone, especially if certain medications (especially Statins) are being taken
