The following optional items are recommended to augment the Quit Smoking Program.
All of the items are readily available from good health product outlets.
1 x Bach Rescue Remedy, Spray or Drops
1 x tub Mag Phos,Biochemic Tissue Salt
1 x bottle Lavender, Aromatherapy Oil
1 x Pack Organic Sunflower Seeds (hulled)
Rescue Remedy
There will be times when you will feel some craving and this will engender stress - at these times you can use Bach Rescue Remedy spray or drops to deal with the cravings and to dissipate the stress.
Just a couple of sprays into your mouth, or four drops in some spring water, will do the trick.
Bach Rescue remedy is safe and you can use it as often as you need.
Mag Phos Tissue Salt
This is a homeopathic preparation that will help with the cravings and the withdrawals that sometimes accompany the quitting of smoking. Take 4 x tabs, 4 x daily throughout the quitting period.
In addition, if you find that the cravings become acute, you can take 4 x tabs, every ten minutes until the craving eases. When you take the tabs, you put them on, or under, your tongue and just let them dissolve.
Tissue Salts are completely safe, and you could take the whole tub in one sitting and it would not adversely affect you in any way.
Lavender Aromatherapy Oil
By putting two drops of the Aromatherapy Lavender Oil on a tissue, and placing it near you, while you are listening to your program, you will achieve a greater depth of relaxation and will experience an augmentation of your program.

Organic Sunflower Seeds (hulled)
Sunflower Seeds are a great aid to giving up smoking.
When you feel a craving, or just fidgety, take some Sunflower Seeds and slowly chew and suck then in your mouth. Keep slowly chewing and sucking until they completely dissolve away in your mouth.
This process releases elements which will help to remove the cravings, the toxins, and the withdrawals associated with giving up smoking.
With all of the above, you will augment your Quit Smoking approach, and you will more easily Give up Smoking
