Problem or You Think You've Made a Mistake
If you encounter a problem, or you think that you have made a mistake, please contact us by Email as per our Contact Page and we will get right on it.
Download Items, Access Codes, and Passwords
All download items are in a zipped format - Audio Programs (mp3), Ebooks (pdf), Access Codes (pdf), and Passwords (pdf) - and you will be given a Download Link, via email, once the online transaction has been successfully completed.
Please be aware that Download Links are only Valid for 60 Days, and you should create copies and backups of your items on your local system.
Additionally, please be aware that this site uses cookies (see our Cookie Policy) and if your browser is set for "Cookies" or "Java" Disabled, we may not be able to automatically process your order. In that case, your order will be manually processed, and on confirmation of payment, you will receive your item's Download Link within four working days.

Physical Items
Typically, Physical Orders - Sync Stones, etc - are shipped via Royal Mail within 4 working days, and you will receive relevant Emails confirming dispatch.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary upon your Geographical Location - we have found that deliveries within the UK take 2-5 working days, Europe 5-10 working days, USA 10-15 working days and the rest of the world, 12 working days or more.

Payment Security
For your peace of mind, and to maintain total Confidentiality, Transparency, and Security, we only receive payments through an accredited, secure, third party Payment Provider (e.g. PayPal, etc).
Consequently, we never see any Bank, Card, Transaction, or other personal details, and the Payment Provider will issue the actual transaction Receipt.
Returns
If your posted item arrives damaged, please contact us by Email as per out Contact Page.
We take all customer queries seriously, and will replace a faulty item, or issue a refund, on the return of the faulty item.
