mRNA vaccines' known serious adverse side effects are myocarditis, pericarditis, anaphylaxis, and, to a lesser extent, Bell's palsy, all of which are rare. Ongoing surveillance ensures these risks are monitored, and the evidence supports their use as a critical public health tool, especially given the supposedly low incidence rates and effective management strategies for these side effects.
