5BX and XBX Fitness Plans - 1960

The Five Basic Exercises (5BX) Plan was designed for men to show how to develop and hold a high
level of physical fitness, regardless of where an individual may be located. The plan is not
dependent upon elaborate facilities, or equipment; and the exercises only require eleven minutes to
perform. For women there is the XBX Plan.
