Can drinking coffee help protect against Alzheimer’s disease? Certainly! There is evidence suggesting that coffee consumption might be associated with a reduced risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.
A study suggests that coffee may have a protective effect against depression. Michel Lucas from the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston conducted the study involving more than 50,000 women who participated in the Nurses' Health Study from 1996 to 2006.
