Does Subliminal Messaging Work?

In answer to the question, "Does subliminal messaging work?", I have, over the years, developed and used Hypnosis and Subliminal techniques associated with Complementary Healing and other Self-Help approaches, and I can confirm that Subliminal Techniques have merit, and can be effective.

Subliminal Programs can be used stand-alone, and I have seen benefits accrued in all areas of the lives of individuals. Subliminal Messages directly communicate with the Subconscious Mind, bypassing the resistance of the Conscious Mind, and thereby help the individual to achieve the Positive Changes they want.

Additionally, Subliminal Programs can be used as a powerful adjunct and reinforcement to the corresponding Voice Guided Hypnosis Programs.

Nature Sounds are also employed in our programs to enhance the Relaxation Process and to help the individual generate Alpha brain waves, and to thereby enter a deeply relaxed and therapeutic Alpha state.

In the final analysis, both Hypnosis and Subliminal techniques are a very subjective topic, and what works for one individual may not necessarily be as effective for another.

Consequently, with self-applied Hypnosis and Subliminal Programs, each individual will need to experiment and see what they like and what works for them.

Do Hypnosis and Subliminal Programs work for me (Campbell M Gold) Personally?

Yes they do - I especially like the Developing Intuition, Positive Change, Name Totem, Healing Rain, and the Classical Power Programs - I personally find that the Classical Programs help me to relax and to refocus my thoughts and visualisations through the powerful Subliminal Eements.

When considering any Complementary Technique, it is a good idea to speak to an accredited practitioner and have all your questions and concerns answered.
