It simply says, "Yes" and then Attracts/Manifests accordingly, through the Universal Law of Cause and Consequence.
It Can't be Fooled...
A very important aspect of your Subconscious Mind is that it Cannot be Fooled - Ever!
Consequently, your Conscious and Subconscious Minds must be in Complete Agreement (Synchronised) for the Full-Power of your Subconscious Mind to be released so that your desires can be Manifested without let or hindrance.
This concept of "Synchronisation", is the key to invoking the power of your Subconscious Mind - in other words, your Subconscious Mind only accepts what you really "Feel To Be True".
This means that the Dominant Idea is the one that is always accepted by your Subconscious Mind.
Therefore, the Dominant Idea (to be realised) should be Health - not sickness; Wealth - not poverty, Success - not failure, and Transformation - not lethargy, etc.
